JUDY GARCIA is a licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician, C.I.D.E.S.C.O. Diplomaté, and AIE Certified Clinical Aesthetician. With over 38 years in the beauty industry, she has taught at Ridgewater College, worked as a freelance educator, and trained with Dr. James E. Fulton. Judy is now the Education Coordinator for the Salon and Spa Professional Association (SSPA) and developed the CORE continuing education program, specializing in infection control. Judy is the Salon and Spa Professional Association's Education Coordinator and the developer of the CORE continuing education program.
