The Minnesota Salon & Spa Association Education Team has many opportunities for you to become a part of the platform artistry scene!

 BE ON THE TEAM! 

This group of talented individuals is interested in maintaining the highest quality of professionalism by promoting education to all licensed professionals in our industry.  There are four sections of expertise:  business, hair, nails and esthetics.  Any MNSSPA member who holds a current Minnesota cosmetology, barber, esthetics or manicurist license is eligible for team membership.  If you are interested apply today! Students With Awesome Talent (SWAT) Team.  The SWAT Team, a group of  cosmetology, estheology and nail technology students, is chosen through an interview process in January of each year.  Those students selected to the team have the opportunity to work with the masters of the MNSSPA Education Team.  A highlight of the SWAT Team's involvement is the first-hand platform artistry experience they receive by participating behind the scenes at INsalon.  Once the students have served a year on the SWAT Team and have entered the professional arena, they are eligible to join the Education Team as full professional members.  (Students must be currently enrolled at a licensed cosmetology school in order to apply to the team.  Applications must be received through your school.)
