Sauk Rapids, MN - Northern Region

Kelly has been a member of MNSSPA Executive Board of Directors for ten years, a member of the association for 13 years and a cosmetologist for 13 years.  She has worked as a cosmetology instructor and is currently working in a salon in Sauk Rapids, MN.

Before serving on the Executive Board of Directors Kelly served as a local affiliate president for three terms.  She received the Affiliate President of the Year award in 1999.  Kelly is currently the Heartland Beauty Expo Chairman as well as serving as the MNSSPA President.

Aitkin, MN - Northern Region

I was born and raised in Aitkin, Minnesota where I have been a hairdresser for 37 years.  My twin sister and I have had a salon, Jeanie & Co. for 30 years.  I do the Look Good Feel Better program offered through NCA.

I am firmly committed to retaining our membership and maintaining the professionalism in our Association.

My experience with MNSSPA includes two years as a Regional Director and one year as a Director on the MNSSPA Board of Directors.  I am currently the President-Elect for MNSSPA.

Roseville, MN - Metro Region

Kelly serves serves the Association as Secretary/Treasurer on the MNSSPA Board and as SWAT Team Director. Kelly became part of the MNSSPA Education Team as a member of the SWAT (Students With Awesome Talent) in 2006. She received the prestigious 2007 Rising Star Award, given in recognition of a bright new talent who projects an illuminating future while representing the Education Team in a positive and professional manner.

Kelly is currently a full-time cosmetologist at a Roseville, MN salon.

St. Paul, MN - Metro Region

I have been in the beauty industry for nine years.  I am currently a salon manager of a Great Clips in West St Paul.  I have been with Great Clips for six years and have been a member of their  Minnesota Artistic Design Team for four years.

Being involved in every aspect of the industry is so important to me.  Networking and education are what set us apart and keep us motivated.

Woodbury, MN - Metro Region

I have been in the beauty industry for ten years.  In that time I have done runway shows, fashion shows, commercial and print work.  I have also educated for GHD, and have assisted with other educational classes.

I am an independent contractor in Stillwater, MN.  I truly enjoy my job and the ability to help others feel good about themselves.

I am a strong believer in continuing education and I look forward to the challenge of being on the Board of Directors and making a difference in our industry.

Sue has previously served the Association as a Region Director for the Southern Region and is currently a board member for MNSSPA.

Sandy has been a part of this profession for over 33 years, with the last 23 years as a salon owner in Roseville, MN.  Her membership in the association began in 1987 when she became involved with the St. Paul affiliate, the former Twin Cities Cosmetology Association (TCCA).  Sandy has served on the MNSSPA Board of Directors for the past 8 years and currently serves as Immediate Past President.
