This seven hour session is specifically designed for cosmetology, esthetics and nail technology instructors to expand and improve the teaching skills needed for a more productive experience in the classroom.

Teaching Essential Business Skills for Success

In this program, we offer ideas and solutions for teaching your students how to communicate with their customers. You'll be able to guide them to effectively recommend services and retail products. We'll focus on building clinic floor traffic, increasing retail sales, doubling chemical sales, finding and filling clients' needs, and much more! You will discover how to work smarter, not harder.

Patti Wanamaker currently serves as an Academic Trainer for Milady. She is responsible for developing and delivering academic and business programs for the Cosmetology Industry. Her intimate understanding of the salon/school/beauty industry comes from 21 years of hands-on experience.

Instructors will receive 7 hours of teaching method CE credits.
